SALSA GREENWICH
No partner. No experience. Just show up. Cuban salsa classes and social nights in Woolwich, built for complete beginners.
Our story
Built from the dance floor up
Salsa Greenwich started with a simple idea: the hardest part of a first salsa class isn't the footwork, it's walking in not knowing anyone. So every Wednesday, we build the night around the social side as much as the dancing — proper Cuban Rueda de Casino, taught from first principles, in a room full of people on the same page as you.
Salsa Greenwich is homegrown in SE London — run for the community, by the community.

Before you come
Good to know
Do I need to bring a partner?
No — most people come alone. We rotate partners throughout class, so you'll dance with lots of people, not just one.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. First Timers is built for people who have never danced salsa before in their life.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and shoes with a bit of grip but that let your feet turn — trainers are fine to start.
How do I book?
Head to our booking page for tickets, the credits system, and the latest class times.
What's the Salsa Bingo game?
Our icebreaker before class starts — a card of "find someone who..." prompts to get you talking to people in the room. Play it here.
